Return Policy and Cancellations

 

Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel an order placed over the internet or by phone, your order can only be cancelled before your order is shipped. After your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled anymore. In this case, if you still decide to return the product ordered when it arrives, please read our return policy below in order to proceed with a return. Special or custom orders cannot be cancelled.

 

Returns:
If you would like to return a product, please let us know within 15 days from the date of the invoice and we will credit your account for the value of the product less shipping cost when applicable. Credit will be issued after product is received back in our warehouse. All items must be in new condition, with the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories, and UPC code.

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. (Credit Card, Check, Wire Transfer, etc).
Special or custom orders cannot be returned.
Damaged or defective products will be exchanged for identical item.
Freight charges will only be credited back to customer for BoxUSAmail.com Incorporated errors or if product received is defective.


All merchandise should be examined upon receipt, no exchanges or returns after 30 days of purchase.
If return is requested after 15 days from the date of the invoice a 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover processing and restocking costs. We will credit your account for the value of the product less 20% and less the shipping cost when applicable.

For all returns, we must be notified first, the return must be pre-approved and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued before merchandise can be returned.

-The RMA# must be written on the shipping label attached to the boxes being shipped back to our warehouse. All returns must be shipped using UPS(United Parcel Service) or USPS Parcel Post (United States Post Office) with freight prepaid.

-The Return Merchandise Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days after date of issue.
